Lubin House is comprised of two adjacent brownstones - one five stories high and one six stories high. The brownstones contain regional offices for development, admissions, external affairs, the Tepper Semester and Near East Foundation.
There are five function rooms at Lubin House that are used for events and meetings sponsored through Syracuse University. The House also has nine overnight rooms that are for the exclusive use of faculty and staff visiting NYC on University business.

The Alumni Resource Center provides alumni with comfortable seating and access to a wide variety of printed material on the University.
The Palitz Gallery is located on the second floor and has continuous shows featuring the art from the University Collection, partnerships with other cultural institutions, private collectors or alumni artists. All shows are open to the public.
